Pricing
The brokerage fee for rental services is determined on a case-by-case basis for management customers. For single rental services the fee is equivalent to one month's rent (including 25,5% VAT), plus any applicable document costs.
Portfolio manager
Each portfolio has a dedicated manager as a direct contact, ensuring goals are met.
We use modern systems for transparency and efficiency, providing real-time data on rental status, property yields, and portfolio manager insights.
Performance based fees
Our performance-based compensation model ensures treco is committed to portfolio growth with the client’s best interests in mind, rather than settling for average service.
Fees are defined collaboratively with the client and adjusted as needed. The most common structure includes a percentage of net income combined with a fixed base fee.
