Nikodemus is the CEO of treco and is one of the founders. Before treco, he worked in Deloitte's Real Estate team in Helsinki. Nikodemus has studied strategic management at the Aalto University School of Economics.

Ahti has extensive experience in rental operations development, customer relationship management, and residential leasing. Before joining treco, he worked in rental roles at Juli Living and Sato. Ahti holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University.

Christina's job description includes marketing and treco's visual appearance. Before treco, she worked at Edenred in digital marketing. Christina has a master's degree in economics from the University of Tampere.

Juhanin is responsible for business development and is one of the founders. Before treco, he worked at aTalent as a Senior Account Manager. Juhani has studied at the University of Tampere and the National Defense University.

Marika has extensive experience in real estate investment and property management. Prior to joining treco, she worked in property management roles for a large real estate portfolio. Marika holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Vaasa.

Eemeli is responsible for analyzes at treco and is one of the founders. Before treco, he worked at KPMG as a Senior Analyst in Finance Strategy & In the Transformation team. Eemeli has a master's degree in economics from the University of Vaasa.

Väinö is one of the founders of treco and chairman of the board. Previously, he worked at Grant Thornton in consulting roles. Väinö has studied accounting and real estate economics at Aalto University.  ​

Miro is part of treco's Advisory board. He has worked in the real estate industry in a variety of expert and management positions in the Nordic countries and the Baltics, most recently as CEO of Newsec's Finnish Property Asset Management operations.
